Their delivery man attempted my delivery twice and spent time to write down a note says we missed your parcel and didn't even press the door bell. The man in the customer service was so rude. Horrible service. It ends up I have to take bus to pick it up and depot is so far from my house as I don't have car. I have informed my sender never use this courier for all my parcels in the future.
