After many months of me trying and failing to find builders to even quote for my job, her quote-finding service has been absolutely invaluable and we have builders lined up to our budget and timescale. Our project includes adding a utility area to a bathroom and renovating an adjoining room to become a study/bedroom, so needs several trades to be co-ordinated. Louise helped us scope our needs including exploring with us the best solutions, wrote them up into builder-speak, sourced quotes and conducted the viewings, helped us compare and contrast quotes (without pushing us in any direction) and negotiated costs with the builders. As a result we have far greater costs certainty and are confident that nothing has been forgotten in the job, and we are really happy with how the quotes process has all gone. Louise has added value far beyond her fees and we fully intend to call on her again for our future projects.
